"Hello! You have been chosen to take part in the next step of the recruit-process for the job as a salesman in our store. Microshop welcomes you to phase two of the process. The process will be divided into these phases.

Step 1: Evaluation of application.
Step 2: Written sales-test, written personality-test, written technological knowledge test, photography and a personal interview.
Step 3: Full-scale job-interview.
Step 4: Salary negotiation.

It is now important that you prepare for step 2. The different written tests are so that we can evaluate your people-skills and your skills as a salesman in different situations. The photo is to make it easier for us to remember who you are. You will then be given five minutes as an opportunity to "sell yourself" to us, and to convince us why you should have the job.

The following things you should bring: CV, your application, a personal letter about you, information about your educations and experiences so far. Information about a drivers license, adress and phone information. Information about what you are doing right now, and references from other jobs. We welcome you to First hotel Wasa, at Vasagatan 12 in Umeå.
